By William Simpson of Hilton Cottage, in parish of Marston-on-Dove, Doctor of Physic, John Bingham of Derby esq, and Rev Peploe Paget Mosley of Rolleston clerk, at the direction of Frances Mosley of Derby widow, of John Edward Mosley of Burton-on-Trent gent, from the annuity of £100 charged on premises in Newton Solney in D737/T/31. Also surrender by the Trustees of the property in D737/T/31 to John Edward Mosley, to the intent that the term of 1000 years may be merged and extinguished in the reversion. 28 Jan
