Description
Covenant for production of title deeds between William Prince of Field House in the parish of Repton, Samuel Higgott of Newall Park in parish of Stapenhill, farmer, and John Higgott of Brizlincote Hall in the parish of Stapenhill, farmer, by which Prince agrees to produce upon reasonable request the deeds in his custody relating to the farm in Newton Solney recently purchased by S and J Higgott. Schedule:
a) Indenture between Thomas Pearsall and John Goodhall, 27 Oct 1837
b) Indenture between Thomas Pearsall and John Goodall, 4 May 1838
c) Indenture between Frances Goodall, widow, her solicitor, Thomas Wood and Jane his wife, J Evers Swindell and Anne Jane Rose his wife, C Evers Swindell and Elizabeth Mary Rose his wife (3 wives are coheiresses of John Goodall) and William Clayton Clayton, barrister, 12 Sep 1852
d) Indenture between William Clayton Clayton and Rev. Jacob Fussell, clerk. 2 Dec 1852
