Bargain and sale by Charles and Jane, Earl and Countess of Harrington to Thomas Foley, Baron Kidderminster and Edward Colman of Gornhay, (Devon) of lease for 50 years (6 Jul 1781) from the Crown to the Earl of Harrington of land and a mansion in St James Park, Middlesex (and previously leased 15 Dec 1738) for £1000 and £43 15s a year to use of Charles and Jane for life then to survivor, in consideration of £5000 from Foley and Colman part of Jane's inheritance.
