Cromford Goods
Date
1958
Description
The view from the A6 bridge towards Cromford Goods as a covered hopper wagon of presumed lime from a descending solo run is unhitched. On the up line preparations are in hand for empty minerals to ascend. Near Brown's Crossing are two empty water tanks having descended prior to being moved back to the up line for refilling. Note in the background the 'down' distant signal on the MR main line.
