According to Lesley Richmond and Alison Turton's "The Brewing Industry: A Guide to Historical Records", Bagnall Brothers operated the Little Eaton Brewery until its acquisition by Herbert Alfred Searles in 1902. In 1931, it was sold to Offiler's Brewery (see D3772/T32/12/28)
