John Watson of Stapynhull [Stapenhill] and his wife Margaret, sold to John Fydcok of Twicrosse [Twycross, Leicestershire], one acre of arable land in Stapynhull, lying between lands of the Monastery of Burton super Trent on the west side, and lands of Thomas Jacson on the east side and abutting on Bodmans Broke
Witnesses: John Stanley, bailiff of Burton super Trent, William Morley of the same place, and John Quarneby and others
