Description
John Tapperto of Stapenhull [Stapenhill] gives to John Taplady of Stapenhull and his wife Matilda, [ ] acres of arable lands in the fields of Stapenhill: one acre lying on Hunenlone between lands of Richard Handesacre on one side and his own [Tapperto's] land on the other; one butt lying on Riggeweysti between lands of Richard Handesacre on one side and his own [Tapperto's] land on the other; one butt lying on Micrker[ ] next to land of Richard Handesacre on one side and his own [Tapperto's] land on the other; one butt lying on Bradepetershull next to land of William Vincent; and another butt lying on D[ ].
Rent: sixpence per year on the feast of St Martin and a rose on the feast of the nativity of St John the Baptist
Witnesses: John Lucy, William de Caldwell, Nicholas Pakynton, John Clyfford, Galfred' Brome and others
Dated at Burton super Trent Sunday after feast of Epiphany 39 Edw III
