| Description | Reciting marriage settlement of 13/14 June 1718 by which Daniel Hill, in consideration of his marriage to Jane Walker, granted to Thomas Lake and Francis Sheldon, closes and tithes in Wendover (named, with bounds and acreage) in trust for Daniel Hill for life, remainder to Jane for life in lieu of dower, remainder to heirs of their bodies, remainder to right heirs of Daniel, and reciting also that Daniel devised reversion of lands to Thomas, after Jane's death; now Jane leases lands to Thomas at £35 per annum, to be held in trust for Thomas by Henry Barrett. |
