Description
Reciting that the Milne Field and the Great West Field were leased by Everingham Cressey senior to Mathew Key, and that Mellish paid £300 for their redemption; Everingham junior to whom lands descended to pay £500 for satisfaction of this £300 to Mellish within 6 months of death of Dame Elizabeth Bowles, now wife of Sir Charles Bowles of Lincolnshire, and formerly wife of Jervas Cressey esquire, or £500 with interest within 2 years of her death.
