Description
Mrs. Lowther sends thanks for two quarters from Eckington; these frightful times must keep Thomas Wright in a bustle; our numbers must exceed theirs, and another large train of artillery is going north; they will never pass through Yorkshire; thanks for paying Mr. Nightingale the £30 for Elizabeth Garland's joining the new partners at Portaway; Sir C. Dolton wrote that Brighouse is running to ruin; will be grateful for any tenant Thomas Wright approves.
