DescriptionOn the left a thin man bows, facing right. He wears a coat with cut-away tails a wig with a long queue and large milk-churn boots. A greyhound and another small dog stand behind him. Standing in the doorway on the right is a porter in a pink livery with his hands in his pockets. A small dog is standing behind him.

On the verso is a pencil sketch of a poodle. Available on CD 158.

Further InformationThe man on the left is wearing the long 'queue' and the huge milk churn boots, traditionally associated with French. His thinness and the thinness of the dogs may also indicate his being French.
