Derbyshire Federation of Women's Institutes
Administrative History
The first Women's Institutes in Derbyshire began in 1917. In 1918 Derbyshire Federation of Women's Institutes was formed although it did not publish its first annual report until 1922. Through the county, members are kept in touch with the National Federation.
Custodial History
These records were deposited by the Federation between November 2000 and September 2019. A further deposit was received in May 2021.
