Description
Acknowledgment by Thomas Hopwood, son and heir of James Hopwood gentleman, that he has released to Henry Vernon esquire all his rights in and title to lands called Rowarth and other lands in the township of Bowden which were formerly held by Roger Rowarth. Further acknowledgment of delivery of all deeds and muniments relating to the lands.
Witnesses: Henry Statham, Henry Foliambe [Foljambe], Rauf Fitzherbert and Rauf Sacheverell
