Very detailed account of journey to Brussels (29 Dec 1773 to 6 Jan 1774), through Dartford, Rochester, Canterbury, Dover, Calais, St Bertin, St Omer, and Tournai; of sightseeing and 'business' in Brussels, much concerned with paintings and tapestries, from 6 to 9 January 1774; and journey to Antwerp on 9 January where the diary breaks off
