Includes various cash accounts between William Clarke and Thomas Pares dated 1748-1752, draft conveyance of an estate in Leicestershire from Clarke and his trustee Thomas Pares dated 1768, conditions of sale of an estate at Belgrave dated 1767 and abstract of Clarke's title to the premises, copy documents relating to Clarke's bankruptcy and to a legal case Gamble v Clarke, and accounts and letters relating to the late William Clarke's affairs dated up to 1813. The case may have been taken on by Thomas Pares' son Thomas Pares II
