Deeds concerning mortgages of the manor of Hopwell and premises in Ockbrook and Borrowash

Description
Includes deeds relating to a mortgage from Kayes to Dakeyne in 1709, paid off in 1716
Also includes deeds relating to a mortgage from Kayes to Elizabeth Belasyse in 1702, assigned to Jackson in 1705 and to Richard Belasyse in 1711, and further mortgage of the same premises to Elizabeth Ettrick (later Elizabeth Medlycott) in 1716. These mortgages were paid off and assigned in trust for the purchaser of the estate, Bache Thornhill, in 1734. The terms of years were then assigned to Sir Bibye Lake in 1740 and to Thomas Pares in 1786.
