Administrative HistoryThe Pastoral Account was held by the Church Commissioners and administered by the Diocesan Board of Finance on the recommendations of the Diocesan Pastoral Committee. Although annual Pastoral accounts appeared in the annual reports of the Diocese (see D5318/2/2/1-8), they were not part of the statutory Diocesan Board of Finance accounts.
