Description
Item /34/13/1 is draft lease by the minister to Obadiah Broadhurst of Bridgeholme Green bleacher of water-course, dam, weir in Chinley 1858. Item /34/13/2 is note about rent 1867-1868, also noting "Smith bought property" 1868. Items /34/13/3-30 include correspondence etc in a dispute about value of water right and use of water, including references to John Smith's will 1868-1875 with notes of lease to John Smith for 63 years of brook and weir dated 18 Oct 1880.
