New Mills County Secondary School
Administrative History
New Mills County Secondary School traces its origins back to Spring Bank Mixed School erected in 1878. It was enlarged in 1890 for the purpose of a technical school. Following the Education Act of 1902 the school became a county district secondary school.
Custodial History
The records were deposited in Derbyshire Record Office in July 1970 and March 1998.
