Administrative History
She became the second wife of Francis Tantum Howitt (see D4734/6) in 1850, after the death of Ann Howitt in 1847, and step-mother to his children. After Francis' death in 1879 she continued to live in the family home in Heanor until her death in 1895 aged 80.
