Administrative History | The Primitive Methodists opened a school and chapel in an iron building in Sackville Street in 1891, before moving to a newly-built church in St Thomas' Road in 1908. Major alterations and re-building took place in 1965-1966, at which time the congregation of Dale Road Methodist Church joined that of St Thomas'. The church was originally in the Dale Road Primitive Methodist Circuit, and later in the Derby South Methodist Circuit. |
Custodial History | The records were deposited by the Superintendent Minister of the Derby South Methodist Circuit from 1982 onwards. |
