In consideration of £45.
To be held for a term of the 3 lives of the second party, at the annual rent of [blank] shillings.
Dated 3 August 18th year of the reign of King Charles 1642.
Parchment sheet, with some rodent damage.
Endorsed with memorandum of delivery of possession on date of lease and with memorandum of surrender of lease by Mary Peers to George Vernon, esquire, 20 February 1678
