Description	Parties: (1) Sir Edward Vernon of Sudbury, knight, and Dame Margaret his wife, and (2) Henry Vernon of Haslington, Cheshire, his son and heir. In consideration of a “competent sum of money”. Dated 23 February 1651 in the deed but could be 1652 by modern reckoning. Parchment sheet, missing two seals from tags, with signatures of Edward Vernon and Mary Vernon.
