Lease by the master of the scholars, vicar and wardens of the grammar school of Jesus our Saviour at Tideswell, to Mary Simpson of Colworth (Bedfordshire) for 12 years at 14s 8d a year of the dwelling house and parlour which she now inhabits, as parcel of a messuage called Brays, with a barn, the north part of the orchard, half the yard and fold, Ducker Close, 6 acres in tenure of Henry Sheppard, 3 parcels of meadow at Smale Brooke in tenure of Henry Boulton, 2 parcels of pasture called Kinge's Wood in tenure John and William Kinge, and a dwelling house called Langley Cottage (4 bays) with a croft and yard and barn (2 bays) nearby in tenure of William Ancocke, all at Colworth, Bedfordshire. 27 Mar
