Description
Records of Scarcilffe, originally Primitive Methodist Church, which was built in 1858. The original Chapel was sold in 1955 and the Church continued in a wooden building until it closed down in 1984.
Ownership of the land was to pass from a Mr. Curtis to the Methodist Trust in 1987, but the Church wished to vacate the building at this time.
These records were deposited via the Bolsover & Staveley Methodist Circuit in Jul 1990 and Jan 2002.
