Printed annual reports
The information given varies a little but until 1940 the reports may contain lists of members, patrons, subscribers, officers and committee members, objects and regulations, reports of proceedings at annual meetings, statements of income and expenditure, lists of children in the orphanage, scholarships, lists of local committees, donations and subscriptions (to 1933) history, etc and for some years from 1898 a photograph of the orphanage. From 1940, they contain reports of the committee and statements of accounts, with photographs. Except in the earliest reports, the year of report runs from May to Apr and they are named by the year of the Jan-Apr period.
