Title
Articles of agreement between Cecily Renison of Newton Solney, widow, John Renison of the same, yeoman, grandchild of Cecily Renison, Mary Collins of Overseal, widow, Samuel Bristow, of Twyford, yeoman and Robert Wakefield of Burton on Trent, tanner, prior to a marriage between John Reynison and Mary Collins, by which Cecily Renison has bargained and sold to John Renison all her goods, chattels and personal estate; also John Renison and Cecily Renison covenant with Bristow and Wakefield that they shall before the end of Hilary Term settle and assure a messuage and diverse lands and tenements in Newton Solney and Repton, of the annual value of £15, to the use of the Trustees to preserve the contingent remainders, then to the use of sons and daughters successively.
