Sent by Howell E James, Secretary, Ministry of Health, Welsh Board of Heath, City Hall, Cardiff, to Messsrs Charles Wright and Co. Ltd. for an old age pension for Mr James Rees, 8 Goat Street, Haverfordwest, Pembroke, Requiring confirmation that James Rees worked as a Traveller for 20 years to 1918. Charles Wright response on the form states Traveller and Commercial Agent from May 1898 to May 1918, no health insurance contributions as renumeration chiefly by commission, then gives average renumeration figures.
