Memorandum of acknowledgement by William Fox of having built on the gable end of a stable belonging to Charles Hurt, esquire

Description
William Fox joiner states that sometimes since he erected a workshop adjoining the east end adjoining to a stable or building in the upper yard now used a s a pig yard of the Red Lion Inn in the possession of Francis Walker and William Fox. He applied to Charles Hurt and agreed to pay 2 pence yearly and every year on 29th September as an acknowledgement as having built upon the property of Charles Hurt. Signed William Fox, witnessed Richard Ince.
