Counterpart mortgage from John Nash of Eastham, Essex, gent and Rupert Browne of Greenford, Middlesex, esq, son of Thomas Browne, late of Bentley, Derbyshire, decd to Jarrard Bagg, citizen and ironmonger of London, of a messuage and land containing 87 acres in Wardley Waldley and a parcel of 'dove land' known as Childerholmes in Marston Montgomery and Rocester, Staffordshire containing 15 acres, and a messuage in Marston Montgomery with appurtenances and several closes of land, to secure £1,260, with schedule of field names. Dated 26 Oct 1731
