Articles of agreement between 1 Joseph Hadfield of Chinley alias Mainstonefield yeoman. 2 John Hall of Phosyde hamlet. That Hadfield for £45 10s will convey to Hall, his part of common or waste ground at Stubs Moor, Phosyde and the same on Hayfield Moor (further detail of acreages, location) and Hall will pay the £45 10s and undertakes to pay the fee farm rent and to fence the property. 1 Jul
