Recites lease for 999 years of 17 Mar 1736/7 by John Carrington gent and other freeholders in Bugsworth to Robert Bennett of 32 sq yds on Bugsworth Common near a place called the Tyth Barn, that Bennett has built a house on the premises. Premises mortgaged: land and house on it as above. 24 June
