Surveyor R Bromley, Derby. Sep 1841 with ?later pencilled notes added.
The map shows coloured and numbered fields along or near the turnpike road from Burton [on Trent, Staffordshire] to Derby and bordering Park Lane. Fields are also shown near Little Chester on an inset map, which identifies trees along a boundary. The map includes houses and names neighbouring owners or tenants.
A "Reference" table gives occupiers' names, numbers as on map, descriptions, with some field names, and acreages (total about 45 acres)
Scales on main map and inset 2 chains: 1 inch. Size 78 x 46 cm.
