Title
[Wilson Fox] to P.L.G.: enclosed exchange of cables with Milton &
draft reply re Chinese labour;
need to gain Rhodesian support for Chinese labour as the scheme to import Indians has been turned down by the Indian Govt.;
alarmed by Milton's assertion that Chinese will not be accepted last part of letter missing. Attached to this group by P.L.G. is last part of letter to P.L.G. from F. Johnson enclosed copy cable to the Gen. Managers, Rhodesia Cold Storage, urging them to obtain public support for importation of Chinese labour.
