Wilmot the younger of Osmaston, esq. and John Eardley Wilmot of Inner Temple: the messuage - Roper's House and lands in Osmaston - to enable a fine to be levyed. W: Wm. Rowse, James McCulloch. (Lease for a year dated 26th March, 1734.)
