Entries in the 1650's are sparse. On the front end-paper is a memorandum that a poor blind woman Joan Waste martyr was burned 1 Aug 1556 [? in 18th cent hand].At front: memorandum concerning a composition "of Allvaston" with the vicar and the mother church of St Michael. On page for 1659-60 is a memorandum that Isaac ...... was chosen "Register" at a parish meeting 4 Apr 1659.Memorandum of collections for relief of distress 1659-1660.
