Demise for the term of 999 years with reservation of an annual chief rent of £5. 12s by Edmund Buckley, esq, of Manchester, to John Johnson builder, of Whaley Bridge, f two parcels of land in the Croft at the White Hart Inn in the township of Bradshaw Edge, p. Chapel en le Frith, inset plan and measurements. The water course passing through the land which is a feeder for the Peak Forest Canal is reserved to Edmund Buckley. Johnson is to build houses on the land of an annual value of at least £70 within a year
