Relating to a lease dated 23 May 1769 between (1) Laurence Bourne by direction of Reverend Laurence Bourne of Dronfield, clerk, and John Reynolds the younger of Crich, gentleman (devisees and trustees of the last will and testament of George Turner late of Wigwall Hall, parish of Wirksworth, esquire, deceased) and Ann Turner, widow of the said George Turner, and (2) George Beastall, of 2 messuages with appurtenances in Alfreton and 6 acres of land called the Bloom Smitheys, for a term of 21 years at the annual rent of £14
