| Custodial History | These records were deposited with Derbyshire Record Office by the East Midlands Baptist Association in July 1983 (2 accessions), August 1983, July 1984, March 1985, June 1986, August 1986, November 1986, December 1991, March 1992, October 1992, August 1993, April 1995, December 2000, March 2004, May 2005, October 2005, October 2011. Further records were deposited in September 2008 and February 2017 by Broadway Baptist Church, in July 2013 by Derby Register Office, in December 2014 by the General Register Office. A single item (D2660 J/B 196) was donated in July 1999 by a member of the public.
The records of the Derbyshire District Committee (Derbyshire Baptist Union), the Derby and District Baptist Union, the Derby Sunday School Union and the Baptist churches at Chesterfield, Queen Street and South Street, Ilkeston and Swadlincote (D2660 J/B1-11, D2660 J/B28-35 and D2660 J/B62) were previously deposited in the Local Studies Section, Derby Central Library between 1966 and 1982 (DL 90). The former reference numbers are given in brackets in the list.
