Both John Alleyne (d.1739) and his son Thomas Alleyne (1698-1761) were Rectors of Loughborough in the 18th cent.. John Alleyne's wife, Jane Stavely (d.1705), was the daughter of Thomas Stavely and his wife Mary, the sister of Sir John Onebye.
