Comprising ground plan and "One Pair Plan", scale 2½": 20', including pencil sketch of a Swiss-style cottage, endorsed "Plans for proposed alterations at Calke Abbey brought from Repton Hayes, 1874" (but "proposed from" [?possibly by Henry Isaac Stevens], with sketches of elevations of gothic style castellated buildings, and ground plan and chamber plan of offices at the Hayes with elevations of the same castellated buildings
