Burdett is to receive a house, butcher's shop and several parcels of land in Repton (totalling 39 acres 1 rood 23 perches) and two parcels of land at Stanton (11 acres 2 roods 13 perches); Crewe is to receive a third part of Stanton advowson and a third of several cottages, tenements, gardens, crofts and premises at Stanton (2 acres 28 perches) and several parcels of land at Willington (44 acres 1 rood 33 perches)
Including letter of administration for the goods of John Bower, 28 May 1823 (involving Sir Francis Burdett) and plans in deed of exchange, 29 Sep 1824
