4. Derbie gent and Raphe Stables otherwise Baker of [?] aforesaid husbandman of the other partes witnesseth [?] John Berysforde
5. for and in consideracon of the same of one hundrethe pounds of good and lawfull money of Englande to them before thence [?] th[?] well and trulie contented
6. [?] paide whereof and where[?] the said Henry and John acknowledge themselves fullye contented satisfied and paid (blot) and of every parte and parcell thereof doe already
7. require and discharge the said Richard Dale and Raphe Stables otherwise Baker their heires executors and administrators [?] and any of them by these presentes have
8. Bargainde and solde and by these presentes doe fullie for them and their hon.. (blot) bargaine and sell unto the said Rycharde Dale and Raphe Stables otherwise Baker their heires
9. and assignes forever , So that the close or pasture commenlie called calk (blots) castle Cheristone close or by what other name or names the said close or pasture is
10. Known reported or taken beinge late in the tenure or occupacion of one Willyam Francis esquire dysceased or of his assignes lyinge or beinge in the parish of
11. ______ in the countie of Derby neare the late dissolved Celle or priorie of Calke in the said countie of Derby and abutting from the northe upon the Brooke or River
12. called Segge Brooke runninge neare the mancyon howse of the former late Celle or priorie of Calke and from a close called Balis now or late in the occupacion of Raphe
13. Sacheverell of Stanton in the said countie of Derbie of [?] after and on the
14. [? ten words illegible] of Castle Donnington in the countie of Leycester together with all manner of woods and underwoods growing or beinge in or upon
15. the said close or any parte or parcell [? 5 words illegible] easemente [?] welle commodities commons and heriditamentes to thesaid close belonging or in any wise
16. occupied or [?] to or with the same to have and to hold the aforesaid close and all other the premisses with all and singular thappurtenances to the said Rychard Dale
17. and Raphe Stables otherwyse Baker their heires and assignes [?] the use and behense[?] of the said Rychard and Raphe and their heires and assignes forever
18.We the said Henry Berysforde and John Berysforde for themselves their heires executors and administrators doe covenante and grante to and with the said
19. Rychard Dale and Raphe Stables otherwyse Baker their heires and assignes by these presentes That they the said Rychard Dale and Raphe Stables otherwyse Baker
20. their heires and assignes shall [?] from [?] from [?] and at all times here after forevermore lawfullie peacablie and quietlie have holde
21. in [?] the said close and all other the premises withall and singular thappurtenances about by these presentes bargained and solde and any parte and parcelle thereof to their own proper use
22. and behest according to the tenor affecte trew intente [?] any exemsion evycton or interupcon from the same Henry and John
23. or by from or under the Right or title of them or eyther of them Know all and singular the premises with thappurtenances before by these presentes Bargained and solde
24. the daye of the deliverie[?] and at then sealing and deliverie[?] of these will be and shall from [?] forever con[?] alienated [?] exonerated and discharged
