The aldermen and brethren of the guild of the chapel of St Helen in Chesterfield have arranged for an annual mass to be celebrated by the vicar of All Saints in Chesterfield for the souls of Thomas de Bolleson of Chesterfield and his wife Matilda, John their son, Hugh his brother and Matilda widow of Roger Laverok, who were brothers and sisters of the guild
