Title
Gift by Francis Spylman of London, esq., to Sir Thomas Raglond and Dame Anne his wife of all the revenues and emoluments arising from the manor and various lands, tenements and hereditaments in Hardwick, which were bargained and sold by Sir Thomas to Spylman by deed of 17 Sep 1555 and given to Dame Anne by Christopher Conyngsbye, esq., her late husband, and to be held by her until her three daughters attained the age of 21: to hold for four years
