Gift by Henry de Clifton of Ashbourne to Thomas de la Pole of Ashbourne of a toft with appurtenances in Ashbourne which lies at the head of the town between the highway and the land which Roger de Bradbourne holds, and extends in length from the highway which leads to Offcote to the courtyards in Motterlowe
