Lease by Thomas Vickers of London, gent., to Thomas Bayley of East Ham, baker, of a messuage or tenement with barn, stable, and outhouses in certain street called Poor Street in East Ham, also a parcel of meadow or pasture in two closes called Kitchin Field 2 acres 0 rood 20 perches now in the tenure of Thomas Bayley also a parcel of marsh land called Greens Marsh 4 acres in East Ham in the parish of Barking now in the tenure if Stimson Bullmer and a parcel of marsh called Three Acres, 4½a., also in the tenure of Stimson Bullmer: for one year from Michaelmas last to Michaelmas next, the for 21 years at a rent of £12 for the first year then £33 per annum: additional rent for £10 per acre for ploughing any marsh land: the kitchen field to be laid down for pasture with rye grass seed and clover seed 3 years before the expiration of the term: 10 good cart loads of dung or soot to be placed on the Kitchen Field every year
