reciting mortgage of 11 June 1750, describing property as in D2248/MT/6 but the ‘oarhouse’ is now in possession of George Goodwin and used by him as a warehouse reciting the further borrowing of 3 May 1753, bond of 16 April 1755, making £110 6s in allowed to Shaw and witnessing that premises as in D2248/MT/6 are assigned by Shaw to Davis for £110 6s Dated 3 Jun Endorsed with declaration by Davis that the money referred to is the proper money of Caleb Willcock of Winster innholder, Davis acting as trustee only
