reciting that Evans and Blackwall levied a fine of a messuage in Winster in which William Sherwin lately dwelt and now in the possession of the church wardens and overseers of the poor of Winster and made use of them as a workhouse and of one shop, one stable or building, one garden, one fold and one orchard or croft belonging, also of another messuage in Winster in which Sutton lives and one little building lately made use of as a stable and an ore house but now made into a little dwelling house in which John Evans lives and a little stable adjoining to the east, which were formerly the inheritance of John Baddaley late of Winster barmaster and Jane’s father, also of messuage in which William Blackwall lately lived and now in the possession of John Sutton, also of little building on west part and a little garden on the north and lately purchased by Sutton from William Blackwall and of close of inclosed land in Winster called the Wilmaster formerly in possession of John Johnson and divided into two parts and now in the possession of Frances Jackson containing 3a and of beastgate or cowgate in the Bank pasture Winster, lately purchased by Joseph James and declaring that messuage in which Sherwin lived, shop, stable, garden etc belonging, the messuage in which Sutton lies and the stable and ore house now a dwelling and a stable are to the use of John Evans, the messuage in which Blackwall lived is to the use of Sutton, the Wilmaster is to the use of Frances Jackson and the beastgate to the use of Joseph James Dated 12 Dec
