for £10 10s of ancient messuage on Winster Bank heretofore and now in 2 dwellings and in the occupations of John Bradley and William Orme but now of Sarah and Edmund Barker, formerly the estate of Joseph Higgs of Winster deceased and sold by John his son and heir to Robert Higgs, who conveyed the premises to William Goodwin in trust for Robert Barker deceased and Edmund Barker, two small gardens on east side of house, court yard or ground in front or west side of house.
